Ian brings over 18 years of IT industry experience to Triarch as the company’s Partner Consultant. He is an experienced consulting practitioner with significant commercial and programme experience. He specialises in evaluating operations, business processes and operating models to translate strategies into comprehensive solutions. In addition to designing and delivering strategically focused operational projects, Ian implements consulting/change management methodologies and customer service/success programmes to improve cost effectiveness and overall performance. His experience includes customer relationship management and business intelligence, as well as Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion Financial Management and NetSuite. Ian holds a BA in Business and Finance. When is not working as Partner Consultant, he enjoys playing rugby, athletics coaching and cooking.
